Created 30+ reusable components and patterns, expanding the Verso design system to multiple Condé Nast brands and markets.

Accelerated product feature delivery by 30% - 50% through new token structure, reusable components, clear governance, and improved design dev workflows. Increased design system adoption across product teams by 2× through structured onboarding, documentation, and advocacy programs.

Launched a public-facing design system site as a central hub for designers and developers, significantly improving onboarding time and reducing support requests from Design System users by 60%.

Implemented a new token architecture that enabled sub-brand and component-level color theming, and expanded the system with spacing and motion tokens — adopted by 22 brands across multiple markets to standardise layouts while maintaining flexibility.

Co-led the redesign of Bold CMS and designed features for Quintype’s subscription and engagement platforms. Developed the Quintype Design System, establishing scalable UI foundations across multiple products.
